Nowadays, the application of LED display screens is quite common. As a precision electronic product, the environment and operation methods of the transportation, storage and installation of LED display screens have relevant requirements, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the screen body. So today we will talk about how to operate correctly in these processes.  

• 1. The place where the box is placed needs to be cleaned and laid with pearl cotton.
• 2. The modules are strictly prohibited to be piled up randomly, and the number of stacked layers should not be higher than 10 layers. When stacked, the lamp surfaces are placed oppositely and separated with pearl cotton.
• 3. The single module is recommended to lay flat with the lamp face up. Pay attention to protection when a large number needs to be placed, and it is strictly forbidden to place in places with large vibration.
• 4. The cabinet should be handled lightly. When landing, you need to land the back side first, and then the lamp surface to prevent knocking.
• 5. During installation or maintenance, all staff must wear a cordless anti-static bracelet.
• 6. When carrying the box, it should be fully lifted, and it is strictly forbidden to drag on the ground to avoid damage to the bottom module. The box should be balanced when it is lifted, and it should not swing and rotate in the air.
• 7. Handle with care during installation. Throwing is strictly prohibited.
• 8. If you need to make adjustments, you can use soft rubber hammer to hit the metal part of the cabinet. It is strictly prohibited to hit the module. Squeeze and collision between modules are strictly prohibited. In case of gaps or abnormal positioning, it is not allowed to hit the cabinet and modules with a hard object such as a hammer. You can pick up the cabinet and remove foreign objects before trying again.
