What if the LED display is only half bright? There is no way to start. In reality, this situation is impossible to start. If we want to solve this reason, we must understand the specific reasons that cause the LED display to be half and half off, and then analyze and investigate through reasonable steps, and then from Solve the problem at the source. Generally, the reasons for the half-brightness of the LED display are as follows, and the troubleshooting methods are as follows:

Line loose

(1) First, check whether the serial cable used to connect to the controller is loose or abnormal. (If it has turned black during the initial loading process, it may be because the communication line was interrupted due to the loosening of the communication line during the communication process, so the screen becomes black. Don’t assume that the screen is not moving, the line cannot be loose, please Check it out first, but it's important to solve problems quickly.

(2) Check and confirm that the LED screen and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card are tightly connected and inserted correctly.

 

Power supply problem

Make sure that all hardware including the control system is properly powered on. Whether the power light is flashing, whether the power supply is faulty, it is worth noting that this phenomenon is usually prone to use inferior power supply.  

LED unit board connection problem

Several consecutive boards are not lit in the longitudinal direction. Check whether the power supply of this column is normal. (2) Several consecutive boards are not lit in the horizontal direction. Check whether the cable connection between the normal unit board and the abnormal unit board is connected; or whether the chip 245 is normal.  

Software settings or lamp problems

If there is a clear separation between the two, there is a high possibility of software or settings; if there is a uniform transition between the two, it may be a lamp problem. The above is the reason and solution for half of the LED display and half of the display, from the most probable cause to check and quickly locate.
