In the process of using full color LED display screen equipment, it is inevitable that sometimes there will be problems. Today, we will introduce how to distinguish and judge the fault diagnosis method of
full color LED display screen.
Step 1: Check whether the graphics card settings are set, according to the needs of the settings method in the CD-ROM electronic file, please consult.
Step 2: Check the basic connection of the system, such as DVI cable, network cable socket is correct, the main control card and computer PCI cable connection, serial connection, etc., connection method has legend, please consult carefully.
The third step: check the computer and LED power system to meet the needs. When the power supply of the full color LED display screen panel is insufficient, when the display is close to the white (power consumption) will cause the screen to flicker, according to the power supply requirements of the box to prepare the appropriate power supply.
Step 4: Check if the green light of the sending card flickers regularly, flicker to step 6. If it doesn't flicker, restart, check if the green light flickers regularly before going into win98/2k/xp. If flickering to the second step, please check if the DVI line is connected properly, if the problem is not solved for the sending card, video card and DVI line. Once there is a fault, please repeat third steps after each replacement.
Step 5: Set it up or reinstall it according to the software instructions until the green light flashes, otherwise repeat step 3.
Step 6: Check whether the receiving card green light (data lamp) flickers synchronously with the sending card green light. If the flicker turns to step 8, check whether the red light (power supply) is on. If turn on step 7, check whether the yellow light (power protection) is on, if not turn on, check whether the power supply is connected to the reverse or no power output, if turn on, check whether the power supply voltage is 5V, such as Turn off the power supply, remove the adapter card and arrange the wiring to try again, if the problem is not solved for the receiving card fault, replace the receiving card, repeat step 6.
Step 7: Check whether the network cable is well connected or too long (must use standard super-5 type network cable, no repeater network wire maximum distance is less than 100 meters), check whether the network cable is made according to the standard (please consult the installation and settings), if the problem is not solved for the receiving card fault, replace the receiving card, repeat step 6.
Step 8: Check whether the large screen power supply lamp is on, if not turn on step 7, check whether the adapter card interface definition line matches the unit board. Note: After most screens are connected, there may be no screen or flower screen in a certain part of the box. Because the RJ45 interface of the network line is not firmly connected, or the power supply of the receiving card is not connected, the signal is not transmitted, so please unplug the network line (or change), or plug in the power supply of the receiving card (attention direction) can be solved.
